What is this place?
A former Belfast bar and Chinese takeaway turned into private group accommodation for up to 18 guests. You get the entire space to yourselves, including a working bar and dedicated karaoke room.
How many people can stay?
Up to 18 guests.
The space includes:
6 double beds
3 bunk beds
All beds are prepared with fresh linen, towels and full hotel amenities.
Do we get the whole space?
Yes. The entire accommodation is private to your group for the duration of your stay.
Is the bar functional?
Yes. The original bar remains operational. You can pre-purchase kegs or drinks packages and serve yourselves during your stay.
What’s the karaoke setup like?
The former Lucky Duck Chinese takeaway has been reimagined as a private karaoke room within the accommodation. It is exclusive to your group.
Are food and drink available?
Yes. You can arrange food and drink service from our adjacent bar and restaurant, or order from more than 15 takeaway outlets within 50 metres. Over 30 bars and restaurants are located nearby.
How many bathrooms are there?
There are three bathrooms, fully stocked with towels and toiletries. The space is professionally cleaned between every stay.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm.
Check-out is at 11am.
Is there a minimum stay?
No. There is no minimum stay requirement.
Is there a minimum age?
The minimum age to book is 18. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is parking available?
Paid on-street parking is available until 6pm. Parking is free from 6pm to 8am.
Can we bring more than 18 people?
The space is licensed and configured for a maximum of 18 guests. All guests must be part of the booking.
If your group is larger, additional hotel rooms are available next door.
Is the space accessible?
Yes. The accommodation is wheelchair accessible, fully climate controlled and designed for comfort.
Can we stay up late?
There is no internal curfew. Music and lighting are fully under your control. We ask that all guests are included in the booking.
Is this part of a hotel?
Yes. The accommodation operates as part of a fully licensed hotel and hospitality group, with professional cleaning, support staff and adjacent restaurant access.
