How many people can stay?
The space sleeps up to 18 guests, with:
6 x Double Beds
3 x Single Bunks
All beds are set up with fresh linen, towels, and full hotel amenities.
Do we get the whole bar?
Yes. The bar is fully yours for the night. You can:
Pour your own pints (keg & fridge packages available)
Control music, lighting & temperature
Make it your own private pub
What’s the karaoke setup like?
Inside the Lucky Duck Chinese takeaway is a karaoke-ready stage.

Can we bring more than 18 people?
The space is licensed and fitted for 18 guests maximum. For larger groups, we offer additional hotel rooms next door — just get in touch.
Is the space accessible?
Yes, the space is wheelchair accessible, fully climate controlled, and designed for comfort and ease.
Can we party all night?
You can! There’s no curfew inside the space, and lighting/music are fully under your control. We just ask that all guests are part of the booking — no extras.
